These Terms of Service govern the use of neotag.lol (the "Service"), the platform that lets you create a customized link page ("your neotag") available at neotag.lol/your-username or, with the Premium plan, at your-username.neotag.lol. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use neotag.lol.
neotag.lol is operated by the neotag.lol team. The Service is currently in beta: bugs, frequent changes to available features, or occasional interruptions may occur while we keep developing it.
Our only official contact channel is our Discord server. Any legal, support, or data-related inquiry should be directed there.
neotag.lol offers three service tiers, whose specific features (link limits, fonts, effects, widgets, domains) may change over time and are described on the website itself:
We may add, change, or remove features from any plan at any time, especially during the beta period, and will always try to give reasonable notice of changes that reduce features you already have.
To use the Service you need to create an account with a username, an email address, and a password. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum digital consent age in your country if different, to register on your own; if you are younger, you may only use neotag.lol with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs on your account. You must provide truthful registration information and notify us on Discord if you detect unauthorized use of your account.
Each person may keep a single account, unless you are using the Service on behalf of a community or project that justifies otherwise.
Everything you upload or configure on your neotag — bio, title, avatar, background images, music, links, custom CSS, widgets, and other settings — remains yours. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and transmit that content, solely to the extent necessary to operate and display your public page and to run the Service properly (including social/Discord link previews via Open Graph tags).
You represent that you hold the necessary rights over the content you upload (images, music, text) and that publishing it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law. Anything you publish on your public profile is visible to anyone who visits your link — do not use it for information you do not want to make public.
We apply technical filtering to custom CSS and rich-text bio content to prevent malicious code, but this does not replace your responsibility for the content you publish.
By using neotag.lol you agree not to:
NeoCoins is an internal virtual currency with no real-world monetary value. It is earned only by claiming the daily reward through the Discord bot (it cannot be bought with real money), and is spent on cosmetic unlocks within the platform (widgets, profile tags) or wagered in casino-style minigames (roulette, blackjack, slots).
NeoCoins cannot be redeemed, transferred, or converted into real money, gift cards, or any other item of value outside the platform. Because no real money or redeemable prizes are involved, these features are recreational/social in nature and do not constitute regulated gambling, but access to them is nonetheless restricted to people 18 and older.
Skill-based minigames (for example, the Dino Runner ranking) reflect the score reported by your own browser and are meant to be lighthearted, with no guarantee of accuracy or competitive validity.
Payments for Premium and Ultra plans are processed through a third-party payment provider (Whop). We never store your full card or other payment method details — that is handled directly by the payment provider.
Premium is billed as a one-time payment; Ultra is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it, following the procedure shown in your billing panel or by requesting it on Discord.
If you are a consumer within the European Union and purchase a paid plan, you have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By immediately activating the plan's features (subdomain access, fonts, custom domain, etc.) you acknowledge that you are expressly requesting that performance begin before that period ends, and that once the service has been fully performed you lose the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.
Affiliate and promo codes grant Premium or other benefits according to the terms in effect at any given time, described at /afiliados; these terms may change, particularly once the beta period ends.
You may submit design templates for our team to review; if approved, they appear in the public gallery credited to you as the author. You grant us the right to display approved templates within the Service, and we reserve the right to reject or remove any template that violates these rules, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.
The "neotag.lol" brand, its logo, interface design, source code, and other elements owned by the Service (excluding user-uploaded content) are the property of the neotag.lol team or its licensors. No license over these elements is granted beyond normal use of the Service under these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if you breach these terms, if your account poses a security risk to the Service or other users, or if required by law. In serious cases (illegal content, fraud, abuse) suspension may be immediate.
You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your account and your data, contact us on Discord (see also the "Your rights" section of the Privacy Policy).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", especially during the beta phase. We do not guarantee it will be free of errors, interruptions, or data loss, although we take reasonable measures to prevent this.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from use or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded (for example, for willful misconduct or gross negligence, or towards consumers where applicable law does not permit it).
Your neotag may include links, music, or widgets pointing to third-party services (social networks, Discord, streaming platforms, etc.). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party services.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. We will publish the current version on this same page along with its last-updated date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new terms; for substantial changes we will also try to announce them on our Discord.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply to you based on your country of residence if you are a consumer within the European Union.
